    Why can I not speak in any avenue to a support representative?


    Microsoft is actively taking money from me for services not rendered, while additionally rendering my products unusable, while also eating my time. This has been going on for months, and I have never in my life, by any individual, been treated so inappropriately.

    So, why can't I play my XBOX 360 games because there is "an issue with my account" which I can use to play my gamepass games, but my 360 is useless, and the game I JUST PURCHASED is also useless because of this issue?

    And why can't I reach a person? Doesn't make sense. Of any job possible to do from home, this would be the one.

    I'm seriously looking towards legal action. This is unreal. And I am extremely confident that I have a extremely strong case. The company is directly stealing from me.

    You can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you don't see those options, change your category/topic. Billing options typically
    always give those. I usually use the option for "I don't recognize a charge" and that always gives me those options.

    I would totally understand that if it was a good product. I’m not interested in sending a controller back every couple weeks just to get a used one shipped back to me and have it break. I’d rather take my business elsewhere at this point. I’ve been using a $35 controller because I’m without mine for 10-12 days when I send it in. Everyone I speak to has the same issues with the bumpers! This being a common issue, the return dates should be extended.

    Well no since you are past the 30 day period after purchase you gotta go thru the warranty proccess

    Refund policies don't extend beyond 30 days most stores have a limit of 14 days
