Why can I not sign in on my Xbox or load Xbox support or any other app or game. I have...

I'm having the same issue. I literally can't get anything to load. Tried the xbox app, won't sign in. Tried the xbox companion app, just sits there and spins. Can't load into any games like Minecraft because of it.

This is happening to me to I'm not sure why though it doesn't let me load any of my other games as well or talk to my friends on Xbox Live Parties hopefully this can be fixed for others. Ecause I hate this!!!!

If I may ask, are you getting an error message or error code? This will determine the steps we have to perform on your Xbox console.

Also, you can try performing a powercycle on your console by following the steps below:

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​"

Hi, I used a work around. Went into Flight mode. Launched MS Solitaire & Casual Games. App loaded. Turned off Flight mode. App signed in. Could then play the games.

Then I contacted MS Solitaire & Casual Games Support. You need to be in the launched App to be able to do this.

Menu -> Support -> Fill in and submit form.

My App is now loading correctly; I can play my games and have no problems.

I am having the same issue on my xbox 360--I can sign in, but once I load a game, click on any app, netflix, vudu, HBO Go, xbox video--the system logs me out---does anyone have an answer--I was going to buy an X1, but I don't want to transfer this same issue
over to the new system.
