Why can I not share clips that have voice overs in them?

Okay, so I destroyed a guy on Killer Instinct with my very first Double Ultra and wanted to show it to my friends. I added the "Wombo Combo" audio as a funny joke with it and I uploaded it to Upload and OneDrive just fine. But the clip never showed up in
the community tab and I can't share the clip. All I get is, "Try again later. Sorry, we can't share this right now. It might be taking longer than usual to upload, or there might be a temporary problem with the service."

I hit share on other clips and screenshots and I can send those just fine.I have tried reuploading it normally and resetting my Xbox One and those didn't work. I removed the audio and I could send the clip just fine then. It has been about an hour since
the first upload and about 21 minutes from the reupload. Can someone please help? That would be greatly appreciated!

Having issues with sharing a clip

I made a couple of clips on my Xbox. I edited them in upload studio with voice overs but I can’t share them yet they are “uploaded to Xbox live.” But no one can see them but me...

 

Why no girl soldiers?

Female operators and voice overs. Lol. Jk. I have no idea why not.

 

Never mind. I came back a few hours later and I can send it just fine.

 

Hey, Alex The Wolf75! It takes longer for voice over videos to be shared because the Enforcement Team has to go through those manually at this time. When there's a ton of volume of these, it can take longer than normal. Hopefully that helps you with some
insight on why the delay happens.

 

I'm having the same problem. I use NON EXPLICIT music in my voice over and I get the same message "We can't share this right now. Try again later". I've been waiting and trying for a week now. This is ridiculous.

 

Can you help me?
