Why can I not refund minecraft marketplace items

Click on the product/order you want to be refunded and choose Request a refund.

Provide a valid reason for your request and select Next.

Mojang as they handle the in-game currency. Hope this helps!

Who was it that told you you would receive a refund because an item was removed from the marketplace? Xbox does not offer refunds for this. It would not be a good policy to do so. I know that there are a few items that I've purchased in the past that
is no longer available on the marketplace.

Imagine if they refunded everyone in the world simply because the item is not available any longer.

Unfortunately there are no refunds on Marketplace items.

There aren't usually refunds for items purchased on the Marketplace. Marketplace purchases are final.
