    Why can i not recover my account?


    My account i believe to be hacked , no idea!

    Can not access it all , multiple recovery forms sent 2 different types ., all rejected. My son is autistic he can not access his xbox about he is 14 , he can not understand and getting upset, he has all he games online so lots of money on games we can not now access, spoke to 4 people been cut off 3 times . Why is no one able to help?

    Hi there!

    Sorry to hear about what happened. This is clearly not the situation I want you to be in. Just to set your expectation, due to our account safety and security, only us the account owners have the ability to recover our accounts and verify their ownership. Even a Microsoft Support cannot recover our accounts on our behalf because they're protected by the security information we have setup on our accounts which we only have access to.

    If you've already contacted Microsoft Support and told you that they have indefinitely closed your account, I am afraid that we can only do so much about it.

    If you think someone is still using it, for sure they will lose access to the account over time.
