    Why can i not put the apps i want on the xbox home screen


    I hate the new system update. Maybe this is crazy but shouldn't i be able to put the apps I WANT to see on MY home screen instead of a bunch of stuff u want me to see that im not going to click on because i dont care about it. I would prefer to not have a cluttered home screen. Instead let me have a customized home screen that is tailored to me. Way to mess up an already good thing

    Try going to preferences and put your Xbox as Home Xbox that could be why your games and apps are not popping up on the screen it could fix your problem that your having.

    Can you use your apps? I checked my home side screen by pushing the xbox home button in the center.I have the same thing. I have a black home screen. It sucks

    App/Game shortcuts now showing ms-resource names only on Home pane

    If you open other games and apps to move the tiles off your home screen and then open them again to put them back, does this still happen? What I mean is, let's say Netflix is on your home screen. If you open 5 other apps and it goes off of your home screen,
    and then open Netflix again, does it appear normal?

    Latest update seems to have renedered my console useless. Any suggestions.

    This exact problem happened to me. I just updated and boom just black screen instead of home screen. I click report a problem and it goes to open the app then black screen. I put in a disk and loads up the game screen and then black screen.
