Why can I not play this game?

I've done the Tutorial, I have a Gold membership yet I cannot play Online or the Story Mode, they are still in Red. I have the actual Disc. I have waited for a complete update/install.

What gives, I am getting ticked now. Any help?

I try to play the games, but when I get started the advertisement starts and this makes the image black, but does not start, and the puzzle closes.

What can I do with this problem? Please answer urgently to my mail address.

Guys, try un-installing and re-installing the game again. I know it's a pain but it's worth a try to have the game play the way it should for you.

Hey! There is currently an outage affecting Xbox Cloud Gaming. You may have trouble starting cloud games or be unexpectedly disconnected from a game after it begins. This is currently being investigated.

What error message do you get when you try and play online on games?
