Why can I not play my bought game? Why does it not show up in my apps and games???

You've been using the apps like YouTube and that haven't you? MS haven't made the little picture showing you've used the app which is why it's not showing.

Then why this game isn't showing in my Xbox windows app, please help me so I can play my favourite mobile game's original version on my laptop.

Ah I did not know this, but this does still not explain why in the game and add-ons screen of my game the ultimate edition content doesn’t show up, that is something it is supposed to do there the same as it does in any other game where additional content is bought and downloaded, and to verify, the purchase has not gone trough on battle net because it does not show I have bought or have access to it there anyways

Sorry to hear about that, however, what game is it? Also, you can try following these steps:

-Press the Xbox button in front of the console until it shuts down.

-Unplug the power cables from the back of the console and on the wall socket.

-Restart router/modem

-Wait for 5 minutes

-Plug in again and turn on the console

Then try the game again. Let me know.

I have downloaded the Xbox Accessories app but the controller doesn't show up and I'm using a PS4 controller. My steam and DS4 software does detects the controller and my other applications as well as such Gog, Uplay, Epic Launcher, Battle.Net, EA Play, and etc. I don't understand why when playing the game via Clould Gaming it does detects the controller but when downloading the game on the PC the gamepass doesn't detects the controller!
