    Why can I not manage my funimation subscription?


    I downloaded the Funimation App on my Xbox One, and purchased the monthly subscription. My subscription ran out and I didn't have money on my card at the time. Now I do but when I went to my Microsoft account and viewed my subscriptions, I couldn't manage
    the subscription, only view the past purchases. I tried to see if I could renew it at funimation.com, but it just took me to my Microsoft account anyways, and I still can't renew my subscription. What do I do?

    Its not working out well. I’ve tried to contact many times and all they are saying is to check funimation help team. I am fairly certain its an error with Xbox

    Hi, my son subscribed to Funimation through Xbox. We cancel it because it doesn't show in active subscriptions and can't unsubscribe through Funimation.

    Hi, thanks for replying. I also searched for an answer. The Funimation subscription doesn't appear in the active subscriptions in any of the family Xbox/Microsoft accounts.

    If you purchased this subscription via Microsoft store you should be able to see it active here:
    https://account.microsoft.com/services

    Once there click on manage subscription > cancel subscription

    If you’re not able to see the cancel option, select instead “turn off recurring billing”
    In that way your subscription is going to be cancelled the next billing cycle
