Why can I not get the Forza Motorsport game to download?

In this case I'd suggest taking it up with Target's customer service. If their store says the game's compatible with Xbox One, they have provided incorrect information and you may be entitled to a refund. I'm afraid Microsoft cannot asisst further from here as the game wasn't purchased from the MS Store, but I hope Target will be able to help you in some way.

Forza Motorsport 2023 is only available on Xbox Series X|S consoles and PC; this is clearly stated on the game's Xbox store page: https://www.xbox.com/games/store/forza-motorsport/9P0TRPTHG7VF

If you purchased a code for the game, you will need to contact the seller to request a refund. Where did you purchase the code from?

I wish I had purchased from there. However I did not. I purchased from Target. This was clearly on the packaging and it is non refundable

I didn’t know that at the time.

It was a console bundle, including forza horizon 4 and forza motorsport 7 (digital download codes). I can see the motorsport in the order history, but horizon isn't there.

Definitive was Forza. First war Forza Motorsport 4 I will love this game part always. I want Forza Motorsport 4 in backward compatibility. It was best Forza Motorsport game And ever will be.
