why can i not get out of minecraft beta?

If you have xbox insider, check if you have entered the minecraft beta programm, if you, get out of the beta and reinstal minecraft

I'm currently in the Beta for Minecraft Bedrock Edition on Windows 10. I'm trying to get out of the beta as I don't really find much use in being in it anymore, and I also want to play online. I believe I got into the beta back in summer of 2017.

I looked up how to get out of the beta and I read that you need to use the Xbox Insider Hub app. However, when I click on the app there's an error message saying "We've detected that the person logging in is younger than 18 years old. Because agreements
within the Xbox Insider Hub ask for permission to collect feedback and bug reports from participants, we require an adult to accept those terms due to domestic and international laws. At this time, we are unable to enroll you as an Xbox Insider."

What I don't understand is why I was able to get in 2 years ago. And also why I'm technically still in the Minecraft Beta and not even kicked out. All I want to do is get out of the beta so I can play online with my friend.

Opting into and out of beta:

1. Xbox One and Windows 10 players can opt in and out of the beta from the Xbox Insider Hub app. Please be aware that opting in and out of the beta may affect all user accounts on a shared device*.
2. Android players can opt in and out from the Minecraft page of the Google Play Store.
3. Please bear in mind that un-enrolling from the Minecraft Beta can sometimes take up to 24 hours

Will check it out when I get home. But honestly, why call it a Beta? Beta's are meant to test something out to find bugs so they can fix it before release. This game must surely be 'Gold' by now, no?

The insider hub won’t install for me. A year or so ago I deleted a bunch of stuff to free up space and now it won’t install like Minecraft. I know that before I deleted it I unenrolled from beta and did all the stuff to get out of beta. My Minecraft hasn’t been on beta so I’m pretty sure I’m out of it.
