Why can I not get on any worlds or realms because of an account issue?

I have been playing on my Minecraft account for a few months. When I went to get on it today it logged me out and I couldn’t get back in. There was a long loading time for anything I did. After trying since lunch, I was finally logged in. It still goes very slow and it won’t let me join any worlds or realms. I have tried just about everything and I don’t know what else to do to fix it. I’ve seen many posts about this type of issue while I was researching so I’m looking for new ideas. When I try to join a world, it will say “connecting to multiplayer” and it loads the whole time until it kicks me for it being “timed out”.

The issue can be with the game or your console which is Nintendo, Kayleigh. I would highly recommend reaching out to your console support first in that way they can guide you with the troubleshooting steps in that way they can isolate the issue if it's the game, your account, your console, or the connection between your console and your internet connection.

If I may ask, what device are you using in playing Minecraft?

Have your friend get windows 10 edition on his computer. Have hin log on to his account. He should be able to play on the realm on his computer. Next, in the realm settings download the world. Then have him email that world to you. Now get windows ten
edition yourself. Download the world and open it in windows 10 edition. Upload it to a realm. Now you can play on that world but you will own the realm.

I'm an Independent Advisor. Let me help you with your concern today. Please note that this is a public forum, I will be responding to you in short period of time and I apologize for a delay in response.

I understand you're having issue renewing your Minecraft Realms. As per Minecraft, you should be able to renew an expired Realm. "You can renew your subscription by going to Settings > Subscriptions, clicking the “Renew” button for the Realm you want to reactivate. "

But if you're having an issue doing this, one of your option is to just subscribe to a new Realm then upload the world you had on your previous Realm to your new Realm. You can download your world locally by going into your old Realm, clicking on the “Edit World” button on the slot of the world you want to download, and then clicking on the “Download World” button. Once you already downloaded the world, you can now upload it to your new Realm.

Your other option is to get in touch with Minecraft support so they can look into why you're unable to renew it. https://help.minecraft.net/hc/requests/new
