Why can i not buy skate 3 on the xbox store

For 360 game system is a little bit different. You don't have a valid paid option (Credit card or Pay pall) specific for your region. You must have that.

But I want the game on xbox one

Since it is a Backwards compatible game as long as you are signed into the account that you made the purchase with or the console is set as that accounts home console it will automatically show up in your ready to install section on your Xbox One.

So if you purchase it on the web and you sign into the account on your Xbox One that you used to purchase the game with on the web then it will show up in your ready to install section on your console.

If you're trying to do the purchase on a console, give it a try on a computer. If on computer, try a different browser.

On the website you can click purchase for the game, then the site will confirm you are signed into the account. You then again click to purchase it, and it should give you the pop-up to confirm the purchase so it can go through. I just tried this on the
web. Unless you are in a region that it's not permitted it, it should work on the web.

you see, your trying to compare Skate 3 on the Xbox One and Skate 3 on the Xbox 360, they are different things.

If you want it why not buy it on the Xbox One?
