C'est honteux de me bannir cause de quelque chose où je n'était pas connecter:

le 18/01/2017 02:09:18 je n'était pas connecté, je dormais. il est donc impossible de me bannir sur ce moment la, donc vous allez me retirer ce ban s'il vous plait??? en plus vous en profiter bien quelques heure après pour me prendre l'argent sur l'abonnement
de 3 mois pour le gold.

J'attends que vous fassiez quelque chose, c'est une honte et injuste de se faire bannir alors qu'on était pas connecter

Xbox Problem; Really Important

Hello, I'm having trouble signing into my xbox When I turn it on, The Xbox360 says I have been Banned, and I got a message why; But the thing is I haven't played on my Xbox360 in a year or so. I don't know why I would be banned, I heard
Microsoft Started banning people randomly a while ago. I'm wondering if that's why I'm banned? I need help. Help me? or if anything can I get unbanned? I want to start playing again online, I don't want to banned for the rest of my life for doing nothing,
I'm certainly not buying another Xbox for nothing I've done.

Sorry to hear about the ban. Do be aware that the time the ban was placed is not necessarily the time that the actions leading up to the ban happened. You may have been asleep when the ban was put into place however the infractions likely occurred before
that time.

For further information, you'll want to check out the
Xbox Live Enforcement site as we do not have any information to share regarding Enforcement actions. If you're eligible for a case review, you can do that through that site as well.

If your console works while not connected to live/internet then it does sound like a console ban.

No one here can tell you why you were banned,we are just regular gamers & don't work for Microsoft or the enforcement team.

An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account explaining why or the enforcement site you linked in your original post is the only place you can go but you can't appeal console bans.

I'm simply asking 1 thing WHY IM A BANNED like how can they just ban my xbox one and not tell me why i'm banned and if i can't connect them why did they ban m with no way to connect them about why i'm banned so what your saying is the enforcement team banned
me i lose £200 and i can't find out why? Its not right if my console was banned i need to be given a reason or it could just be a random ban no because still not being given a reason..and i only made another one as they're ignoring my post i simply asked for
