Do you understand that home sharing is a selling feature? As in Its a big reason we chose to get an Xbox at all? If only we knew that ment 1 of us will always be treated badly by either MS or a game Dev because xbox/Microsoft didn't think things threw to ensure some level of customer service to the users of their products.

Omg, missing the point entirely. The point is Microsoft owns ABK out right and "can" take direct control anytime they want, sony bought bundie under the terms that they remain independent. The only reason i brought it up was because the initial response i got was full of inaccuracies. The main issue doesn't even have to do with gamepass or sony either. I bought a game using home share and because of that i can't use the games customer support/forums, and home share, and ABK are under the control of microsoft.

It costed ms more money even to get games onto xbox which is why Activision pays no store fees for ms pre merger

Sony is being sued for those deals atm by EU

The developer for starfield didn't want to do 2 consoles hence why they had a choice xbox or PlayStation and xbox

Also, your response literally makes no sense. So Bethesda is operating independently, but put their new games on games on gamepass day one, and we all know that day is coming for ABK as well. Microsoft could literally make either company do what ever whenever they want, neither deal was structured that way, unlike bungie/sony deal. To be honest with you I'm sensing some possible grounds for legal action concerning the home sharing. I view it as a net positive as a xbox customer (allows me and my nephew to buy more games then without it), but since a physical copy can be shared, allowing full access to the game and support but home share doesn't allow the support?
