    Why aren't we told what we've done when we're banned?


    I was recently banned permanently from Xbox Live without being shown what I did. Apparently "This account participated in harassment, abuse, or bullying behavior towards other players. This may include sending abusive
    text or voice messages, griefing or trolling, threatening or extorting other players, network manipulation, sharing another person's personal information, or other attempts to harm or disrupt other players on Xbox Live." When I have barely been active anywhere
    in the Xbox Live community for months. I'm not sent a picture or even a quote of what I said. I've had one previous suspension before this for saying a slur and I know that you can be banned for multiple offenses but seriously 2? Even if I get unbanned will
    I get any of my games I owned? I have no idea what I did wrong and this infuriates me. I play a few games here and there and I would [mod removed] talk people a bit but not to the point where it was against TOS. Most would go on for under 10 mins and the longest
    maybe an hour depending on circumstances but I wouldn't know given the lack of transparency.

    Yeah and take months? All my games, friends, online, money, etc. All because apparently a bit a [mod removed] talk was seen as to much even though I'm pretty sure what I said didn't break any TOS. All because someone
    reported me and a team with no communication with no warning, no nothing takes everything I bought just like that. This needs fixing. A forum, something so we can communicate with the team that has access to remove everything. Back to my previous question,
    does our stuff come back if we are unbanned? That seems unclear.

    "UPON RECEIVING A PERMANENT SUSPENSION, ALL CONTENT LICENSES, GOLD MEMBERSHIP TIME, AND MICROSOFT ACCOUNT BALANCE ASSOCIATED WITH THE SUSPENDED ACCOUNT ARE FORFEITED."

    A console ban is when your console is banned from connecting to Live. In that scenario you can still play offline. An account ban means all licenses and everything tied to the account is forfeited.

    So you can only contact the people that can easily ban you with giving you vague details by having to submit something and wait for awhile? Also do I lose all my games if I get unbanned or do those come back?
