Why aren't my pins working

i have had this message now now for 2 days (your pins aren't available) sorry about that. they will be back soon. There is also another message i have gotten also (Having trouble connecting?) it might be a problem on our side. We are working on it.
i can playing my game but can't get into the xbox store. How can i fix this problem PLEASE !!!!!!

XB1 Dashboard

Ok so for like the past week my pins or the store tabs don't show up when I log into Xbox live on my Xbox One. I can still use Netflix and Hulu and play games online but why aren't my Pins and Store tabs working? Is anyone else having this problem as well?

Pins not showing up

It just says pins aren't available, should be back soon. I had my store and pins not load before and I fixed it by hard resetting, but this time that's not working. I have never had an issue where it's just the pins that won't load. I tried clear mac address
and cache, but this is not working as well. This is really all I can find online atm to help me. I have no idea how to fix this. I have to go into my games and apps to get to the apps I want to use because the pins won't show up.

Hi, Go to Settings, Network, Advanced settings, Alternate MAC Address, Clear (System will ask to Restart) after the restart the issue should be resolved.

All I did was do a hard reset by holding the on button for 10 seconds until the unit turned off. When I restarted everything was there.

the bigger issue here is why is every problem seem to be solved with power cycling...what's going on with this console that requires so many power cycles to fix. These temp fixes are just that temp fixes...whats the real issue going on with these consoles?

I also noticed that the store and pins apps aren't available on my Xbox one. After following the

Same problem here. My xbox 1 pins wont work it says like pins aren't avible and no store either. But your can access store by saying "Xbox go to store" But i recommend not buying anything till problem is full solved because don't wanna buy something and
it wont work.

Just to confirm, is this the Xbox One 6 digit pin he is being asked to put? In case this is the Xbox pin, there are ways to reset this if he doesn't remember having a PIN.

If you’ve forgotten your PIN and can’t access restricted console features, follow these steps:

1. When you’re prompted to enter your PIN on the console, enter any 6-digit combination three times.

2. Enter his Microsoft account password when prompted.

3. Select Make a new PIN.

4. Enter a new PIN, and then enter it again to confirm.

My xbox says my pins aren't available sorry they should be back soon. On the other side of the dash board . Where the store is it says having trouble connecting it might be a problem on our side were working on it. Is anyone else having this problem?

Sorry to hear about the issue. May I exactly know what happened to your account? Did you just forget its password or has it been locked out?
