why aren’t my games opening

I have a 1 terabyte seagate storage for my xbox 1 s and on Monday none of my games that were on it wanted to work. Today I formatee it and configured it to my console and tried to download my games back but it’s saying I need to insert the game or disk in order to play even though i got it through xbox and downloaded it 2 times

Just to confirm, all the games stored in the internal storage works as expected. Right?
If that's the case, are you able to insert a different external hard drive and install a game there to see if the issue persist?

Please, reset your console.

You can follow these steps:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Select Reset and keep my games & apps.

My Netflix works fine and that uses Xbox Gold soooo??? why aren’t the games working 🙄

it was for all versions and it is in my order history so it’s really weird why they aren’t there yet

If vbucks don’t show up force quit and open the game again they should be added if they aren’t then send a support ticket to epic and they will try and fix it
