Why aren't game devs moving cheaters to dedicated cheat lobby's instead of banning them?

And these cheats don't just pop out of the console, you have to do something to get something. Man, i hate these cheaters. And australian mw3 lobbies are infested of it. Anywho, is it possible to lift the ban on my accounts BigCalf18235870 and Drew P Wienner?
I have no idea why you people keep banning honest players. I already posted on an enforcement forum the other day on a link given by the chat support. Still nothing, so, i just decided to go straight to yous. Anyway, first of all, you enforcement people are
full of it. I keep catching wallhackers, aimbotters, players using GODMODES and reporting them via xbox report option and nothing happens. Instead, 2 of my accounts got banned. This is a game console that requires payment to play online, and we are paying
good money for it to be safe and fair for everyone else. And yous people are not doing a good job. Well, in fact you are not doing anything at all. What i am trying saying is as simple as this, BAN THE CHEATERS, NOT THE PLAYERS GETTING CHEAT AT! They already
are disrespecting the game and other players by cheating, and they just keep abusing and exploiting lobbies every single day! Now because of very good enforcement team yous all are, Australian mw3 lobbies are infested with cheaters. Right now, 4-5 players
cheat a lobby. Thanks to you! If you are not going to lift the bans on my other accounts, just please FOR CHRIST'S SAKE! could you people at least DO SOMETHING ABOUT THEM CHEATERS?!! FPS cheaters are not that hard to catch you know! they are too dumb to pretend
they can't see thru walls. Most of them doesn't even know how the game works, like assassin or sitrep pros, they just want to cheat it. That means, all players i am reporting to microsoft are legit cheaters. Now, i made an account direct to Activision to report
all these morons, and i will catch and get rid of them once and for all.

You won't encounter cheaters or modders on MOH or Battlefield as these games are run from dedicated servers, making cheating impossible. COD on the other hand doesn't use dedicated servers.

These people will be banned in due course, you be assured of that.

If they could split the cheats into their own lobby, why wouldn`t they just ban they all instead?

Once a game has passed its hype and the money has been made on the DLC, the developers do not care.

stop cheating,stop playing in lobbies with people who cheat,if you see them cheating,report them and leave the lobby. playing in modders lobbies will, get everyone in the lobby banned. Modders take a little longer to ban,because they use servers that hide
their condole information. Stay off the old call of duties,they are modded heavily.
