    Why Aren’t Boosters Banned?


    I report boosters every day and I still see the same boosters every day. I caught a ban for offensive content in my profile that had been there for years plus I was never told what was offensive about it, I’d like to know so it doesn’t happen again unwittingly
    like this time. I have a Xbox provided gamerpic, my location was “The Ether,” and I can’t recall what my bio said but it was the same for years. Yet, the people who actually violate code of conduct with continuous spawn boosting continue to log in without
    any problems. They then get cocky when a lobby says they will report the player saying Xbox Live won’t do anything about it. The problem is they are right. Basically we are paying Microsoft to NOT do its job regarding code of conduct. Is this how they keep
    customers?

    Does Treyarch care if people boost in BO2?

    The problem with you people is that you expect "report booster, insta-ban" when it's actually "report booster, investigation, guilty: ban, non-guilty: nothing". And yes, the enforcement team does looks at the reports.

    Boosters need to be BANNED!

    I have all but lost faith in the report a booster program on the Activision website. The first couple of booster I turned in were dealt with very quickly. After that, well things have seemed to slow to a snails pace. I send ban candy the info..time, date,
    map, type of game play and BOOM, nothing. I have also sent booster gt over to ban stache again, nothing. It's almost like they stopped giving a dang. Anyway, booster need to be reset, not banned. IMHO. Just my two cents.

    why are you posting about mods on black ops in the cod 4 forum?

    there are no modded lobbies on black ops,the only lobbies you will get reset or banned for on black ops is a boosting lobby.

    treyarch DO NOT ban anyone involved in modding,microsoft are the only ones that can.

    treyarch only temporary ban boosters and reset their stats.

    I think that's what IW's doing making the faceoff maps to lure all the boosters then the ban hammer comes swinging...its the easiest way to catch the boosters..
