    Why aren’t all bans able to be appealed


    More of a statement then a question, I hate how I have a gamer pic with absolutely nothing wrong, or inappropriate, but Microsoft bans all my online activity that I [mod removed] pay real money I work for to use these features, yet for days I’m banned because someone reported me over nothing, this in a way feels like theft, you guys seriously need to fix your system, it won’t even let me appeal the suspension even tho I DID NOTHING WRONG, AND I HAD NOTHING WRONG FOR MY GAMER PIC

    MY LIVE ACCOUNT WAS SUSPENDED!

    i legit got banned literally 10 mins after sending the message. the message was in the enforcement notification. like it automatically flagged it for some reason. Here's the thing, i've been able to appeal a similar ban last year and why can't i appeal
    this ban?

    How to contact someone to get Xbox banned lifted

    I was informed with this already and it’s not really useful.

    How is there a whole department no one is able to contact and also if something is done it can be undone otherwise why have an appeal process?
    The appeal process is for account bans/suspensions and not for console bans.

    Console bans are only given for the worst/repeated offenses and arent given out lightly. As such they arent eligible for appeal. You typically have to do a lot to be given a console ban.

    I have been banned from multiplayer for 2 weeks when I did not commit a bannable offence my friend did on my account

    24 Hours communication bans are unappealable...all other bans are able to be appealed (well, except mostly with perma bans) as far as I am aware

    FYI they do NOT reverse console bans your only option is to buy another 360 sorry but all that link will tell you is why it was banned not to appeal it.

    just to let you know there is ZERO appeal for perm ban all they can do is tell you why you were banned but once placed it is not lifted
