Why are you servers so bad?

Sorry to hear about your frustrations with the download speeds. Let me see if I can help.

I found a solution from another thread that seems to have worked.

Just go to your settings menu and look up Delivery Optimization and Advanced Settings

• Once here select the 2nd option of "Percentage of measured bandwidth..."
  
• Set your download and upload options to your desired percentage
  
• Restart your computer to make sure settings take effect
  

And that should do it

Well today they were doing maintenance on the servers so it was announced that they would be down most of the day

This is a joke, still aint fixed after update. It has been like about 3 months since the game has been released. We should have free online access if it going be like this! I even tried the game at 4am in morning thinking it be better as not many people
be using it then but it still bad.

mate as far as microsoft is concerened only the usa counts the rest of us arent worth the same discounts , advantages ie free games or even appologies for such a bad service but we do get to pay way over the odds for our games

Its still terrible for me, i know this post was awhile ago though. I thought it was my wireless connection but after hooking it up to my router its just as bad. This is ridiculous, all I want to do is download a story to play from CCreations but I guess
I cant do that. So glad I got the online access free this isnt worth a cent
