    i am a devoted xbox user and when i went to put 3 mounths of live on my box u guys told me it did not work when i talk to support they were varry rude and i was told i am not a important as a custmer and we will get to it when we get to it. This is the kind
    of thing that makes me want to get rid of all my Microsoft itumes n switch to ps4 lest when my buddies have problems sonny deals with them when they come and dose not take ongoing 2 weaks now

    I hope they get it working for you soon. I find it very hard to believe that support told you that you are not an important customer. Every time I’ve spoken to or chatted with support they couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful.
