Why are Xbox One controls so flimsy?

    Why are Xbox One controls so flimsy?


    I am extremely disappointed by Microsoft's lack of customer service in regards to faulty controls.

    There is literally nothing that can be done to help if your control is out of warranty, the only option they offer is to purchase a control from Microsoft.

    Any form of assistance with repairs would greatly appreciated but they do not even offer this form of service.

    I only post this here as I called the customer service phone number and was advised that they do not even have a feedback email in which I can email them.

    Maybe a move to PS4 to use those controls will help with my problems.

    Xbox One and Xbox 360 controller comparison?

    Prefer the Xbox One S controller but really liked the 360 controller. Hate the original Xbox One controller though because the hinged bumpers are annoying and the sticks are too loose. Never could understand why people spend 150.00 on the Elite controller when the S is so good.

    Looks like you'll be able to use Harmony remotes to control it

    why is there still no chat pad? the xbox one remotes are still flimsy, even more flimsy than my ps3, which is very hard to admit...... but the chat pad on the 360 braced everything right where it needed it..... GIVE ME A CHATPAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I haven't had my Xbox One that long, but to me the Xbox One controller feels a lot more flimsy when compared to the Xbox 360. No problems so far :)

    @P3rf3ctDay Having the same issue with my controller. The controller I am having issues with is one from Play and Charge set.

    Seems like the Xbox One controllers are not up to par with the Xbox 360 controllers. They just seems cheaper and flimsy.
