    Why are we sent to this site?


    What good does it do us to come to a forum site? Does Microsoft even read these comments; do they even care? This is the last Microsoft game I'll pay for. Can't they at least give us an announcement letting us know that they're working on the problem
    and how long they expect the server to be out of commission?

    Xbox Rewards says my account is not gold, but xbox.com says it is and it runs out in 2018

    Got error code 101_107_1. Was sent to a Facebook page and was told to refer to that code.

    Received Error Code 101_107_1. Was sent to a Facebook page??? and told to reference the error code there. There is nothing there about the error code. Why are we being sent to Facebook and not Microsoft.

    I understand where you're coming from, JelmerF however, according to the Xbox support site that I sent it is required to have valid payment options and that is why we can't redeem a code without a backup payment method.
