why are we not getting our points on bingo

Can you elaborate a bit for us? Are you referring to Microsoft Store Rewards, Bing Rewards or Xbox Rewards? If you're referring to Xbox Rewards, these points are deposited on the 15th or 30th of each month after you've reached the points threshold of 5,000
points. If you're not seeing them and you've reached that threshold, we'd suggest posting on the Xbox Rewards forums for the best assistance.

If there was a XBOX UNLOCK contest right now. I would make a video of a bingo game. It will have 15 achievements. Hell I haved little over half what current allow gamerscoer in a game. So I just need make a 50 point achievement to get dubble bingo and 100
points to get triple bingo.

Two computers in our house husband and I both like playing Bingo but since the upgrade we are having all kinds of problems - game not loading and giving message server error, game freezing more than once during a game, call a bingo and instead of getting
the bingo get the red x stating bad bingo, and power bingo cards are not showing the amount of keys you will get or what bunch you are on like the 15, 40, or 100 keys. it is very sad when u find a game that you like but then you can't play because its been
messed up by a bad upgrade. It would really be nice if it could be fixed soon.
