    Why are there STUPID numbers on my gamer tag?


    Ive had the same name for years and I went to change it now there are RIDICULOUS numbers on my name.

    I can OBVIOUSLY TELL that they know its ridiculous and use this as a way to make people pay them $10 to change it back.

    I can not STAND the micro charges Microsoft uses to SCAM people out of money.

    Gatta thank bill gates, what good has this guy ever done for the world anyways? None.

    Am i right?

    You can’t be upset when you clicked agree to the charges when changing your name. Like other gamers are saying, you just need an original gamertag to not have anything added on to it. They warn you before they charge you

    The numbers are used like discord, so people can have any tag they want. It was a highly requested feature and NOT a scam.
