    Why are there so many problems/outages with Microsoft Bingo? DOwN AGAIN


    Microsoft Bingo is down again! Either I lose my rewards, not get the ones I've earned, or it skips days of rewards. Why all the problems? Sounds like the support staff needs some more schooling on how to fix the problems.

    I actually cannot connect to ANY of the games today - Bingo, Jackpot, Mahjong, or Solitaire collection. SO FRUSTRATING!!!!!!

    I thought it was just me. I like playing and the crashes are VERY annoying! Thanks for posting that you are having troubles also.

    Microsoft - You've really handled this poorly and the upset customers / loyal fan base deserve better.

    Coming from a profession where outages are common, The technical support team can only work so fast its a small handful of people working to resolve an outage it sucks but it happens, outages can lead to many avenues of approach to attempt to fix the problem
    so trying to pin down the source and cause of an issue can take time.

    I agree with you DizzyLizzy916. They have had this problems for months and just can't seem to fix it. If they can't keep a simple game like Microsoft Bingo operating correctly, I don't know many people that would ever trust any Microsoft products. I know
    many people that are about ready to leave Microsoft Bingo because of the constant problems.
