Why are there no answers to the many complaints that bingo isn't working?

I am reading complaint after complaint that bingo is not and has not been working for days, and none of them has a reply from Microsoft as to why or how to fix it. Really? I know it is the holiday season, but that is when many people have time off to play
these games. If your servers are not working because no one is there to fix them due to the holidays, then you should at least spring for someone to tell everyone that. The servers that allow purchases never seems to be down, but apparently bingo is down a
lot. Fix it or get rid of it!

What is exactly happening when you tried to access the game?

Are there any error messages when you tried to play the game? If yes, please provide us the exact error message.

Does the same issue occur in your other games?

Did the issue start after an update?

In the meantime, we recommend that you run the troubleshooter for Windows Apps on your computer by clicking the
Run troubleshooter button on this
link. This process will check and resolve common issues with the apps on your PC.

I am having all these problems . My biggest complaint is I can only play 3 maybe 4 games and it will start having a fit , telling me I have two bingos when I have none or no bingos when I have nine. Then saying I have no luggage to open. It is a total
waste of powerups, tickets, and gold.

And why does it say at the top of this forum there is a suggested answer to this issue when there isn't one (unless you count the guy who says to close the game and restart which is not an answer). Am I missing something??

Same complaint from me about BINGO. But also i have a complaint about Microsoft Ultimate Word Games Daily Challenges. I've made the complaint but as with BINGO, the silence from Microsoft is deafening! They really do not seem to care... why do they bother
to host these forums when they never respond?
