    Why are there different error codes for the same problem and none of them are in the database?


    I've had six different error codes for this problem, I'm trying to play Heavy Weapon on my Xbox One but it keeps closing it and giving me a code that's not in the error code database on here. 0x80072efe, 0x87e107e4 are just the latest two.

    I am having the same problem. I have tried adding 3 different cards. None of them will work. Get the same message. They are all good cards and get billed for gold membership..

    Can't mute or unmute people in party chat

    having same problem and none of the "help" will work because it doesnt come with an error code. Its bs. It only happens when i add someone and next time im in a party chat with them they are muted.

    Got a different error code earlier and reported. I was told they were working on it... Just now I get a different error code with the same problem when you are directed to the link... Error code does not exist.
    Me too but I got this code 0x97e107df and none of my games will load

    I'm in the same situation as you and tried every way they suggested. None works.

    Same error code for me, but different games. For me, Forza horizon 3 and 4.

    same problem here. On startup I get three different 0x8.... errors, and none of them are documented by M$ with any sort of solution. I strongly regret purchasing the One X - constant problems with no acknowledgment by the company.
