Why are their so many underage players on some games?

So there's so many 18+ games but yet so many people that are obviously under 18 (you can hear them through headsets) like young kids seem to get their hands on them.

1. A lot of the shops in my area ask for ID if you get any game or dvd 18+

2. Young kids getting their hands on it makes it cause verbal bullying sometimes

3. Shouldn't microsoft just have a date of birth feature so they can ban underage people if they try to play 18+ games till their the right age?

Not all trolls are underage degenerates. Some of them are in their forties, apparently.

18+ generally just means kids can't buy them without parents' permission As long as the parent approves the purchase, the kids can play the games.

Because the law states that if a parent finds a kid mature enough or lets their child play it, they are allowed. Microsoft seems to agree, because there is nothing against it in the Terms of Use

Are you serious? Microsoft is only interested in their bottom line - the Almighty Dollar. They don't give a hoot about protecting children from inappropriate content, and quite frankly they shouldn't have to because that's a parent's duty. They will do whatever as

I have been an COD player for many years and have enjoyed hours of multiplayer games however, lately, it seems that there are many many hackers on the site and Microsoft is not dealing with the problem, why are they not getting banned?

I sent a (very) slightly inappropriate message to a player and got banned immediately because, it turned out they were underage.....Why are underage players allowed to play an adult rated game anyway? and if Microsoft have the power to ban me for this minor
infringement then why are they ignoring players that are moding and wrecking the game for all the paying and loyal customers?

I would be very interested in a reply.
