why are their so many online only games?

why are their so many strictly online only games? So ive played online oly games and not very inter them.

Mass Effect Movie w/Comic Con 2011 details

Still amazes me how many decisions are based on "ratings", a tiny sample of the population and advertising "potential". So many people watch their tv online or on dvd, at their own pleasure and sans adverts that I don't get why
they don't just put season 1 on tv then release each additional season online and on dvd.

 

Why are their so many underage players on some games?

Ok i mention and only mean xbxone games and future games so far. post games ive picked up so far are online must. what if i cant get online for a while means im stuck with a use less disk that cost me 70 dollars.Sorry venting some .

theirs no single player on plant vs zombie garden warefare all online. When i mean single player i mean campaign.

Don't play them, Easy peasy. No need to buy a game you wont play.... That is YOUR fault...

I told you already, Don't buy EA games No wasted money.

 

I suggest playing on one of the consoles in your signature instead..... This is a real easy issue...

Try Forza, Ryse, or Titan fall , COD, Or most any other game Read the back of the game before purchase aswell.

WOW SO TOTAL different ansews lol, got this on sony to ,more of a positive over their. anyways im going to get ryse soon and i got cod on 4,so no unless its free or it get below 40. is Titan fall is strictly online, i have forza its ok, i like nfs why i
was disappointed in rivals.I do read the back but if i really want it ill get it. Xbx one is in my sig including 360. Is dead rising strictly online, and is their couch coop? thanks for your posts.

 

Dead Rising 3 can be played in single player or co-op,not sure about the local co-op though.

Great game.

Titanfall is online only.There are plenty of single player games coming out over the next few months with plenty more on the way.

The online only thing is just a sign of the times i think,i prefer a developer do that rather than making a multiplayer game & then tacking on a shody single player bit.

 

Have a try at the Mass Effect trilogy, 1 & 2 has no on-line multi-player at all. And you can get a good 50 hours each with the campaign on both of those titles.

 

Yes mass effect is awsome working on 3 now on the ps3. hoping kind of that they might remaster it on ps4 and one.the whole trilogy.thanks for the posts.

Well hear goes so is their a way i can turn off online play but still be online so i can see friends and such. Like game only? for Need for speed rivals? i want to like this game but i get tons of disconects.

 

Not as far as i know.

Don't have NFS Rivals so not sure if there's an option to play offline ingame
