Why are the enforcement team so militant?

Now i could understand the 10 question security gate you need to pass 100% of the questions on but only if they asked actually questions. Rather than about 5 regular straight forward questions about morality and when something is or isnt ok, you then get
4 that a wrought with double negative statements and are designed to make you choose the wrong answer, then the final question which is a morally ambigious gray area question. Which, if memory serves me right, you get locked out of after 2 failed attempts:

eg. Is it ok to team up against someone? True/False

Me: oh thats false, its not ok to gang up on a defenseless person

X: No thats true actually, xbox has no issues with players teaming up together

anyway... get past that car crash questionaire, to ask why ive had enforcement action on my account.

So someone asked me over xbox messages, would they be banned for using the word
[Mod Removed- Profanity] I said probably if you get reported. But i said it probably depends on the context too. I only play with adults. Other than that, i switch off mic and ignore messages, but i accidentally shot someone in the back of
the head in R6: Siege. My message to them after it happened, was [Mod Removed- Profanity]

i am banned from communications less than 30 seconds later. i log in to dispute this. But due to other enforcement action on my account, 1 from last year, and year before, and then from 2010. They uphold the decision, dispite being given the same level of
detail and context about the whole situation

im not gonna lie, it hasnt really affected me all that much, with work i go on once a week and ill just use my alt account to talk. But why should this be allowed to happen? Why is the report system able to be used for such greifing

The system is such that it's a standard for all games, doesn't matter if it's R6:S or Minecraft. General rule of thumb, if you wouldn't be happy to say it in formal company (i.e. to your boss, a judge or a priest!) don't say it on Xbox, if you shoot someone
by mistake a simple "my bad" is sufficient!

You are not entitled to a refund as you agreed to the code of conduct and the consequences of breaching them when you signed up for your account.

You can try but as courts and the terms of use says there is no refund for breaking thr rules

The minute you message someone something that breaks the code of conduct makes it so you're eligible for a ban or suspension as well. Keep in mind that suspensions can happen weeks after the fact. So it could be from something else entirely. You admit
you broke the rules. Then got a suspension for it. So I would say Enforcement is doing there job pretty well since thats how it's supposed to work.

The Enforcement system at the moment gives no general sense of rules and the current report system has absolute power. But look at it this way if enough of these similar scenarios keep flooding in we will be the wake up call that the current system is flawed.

I see that you posted a workaround to your situation in which is against the rules of the Enforcement system but I only find it ironic because an ambassador recommended a workaround for my situation as well.

So it may be that a lot of people understand the system is in a bad spot and just throw out ways to get around it. I think it be should updated when in its abusive power can render an account with thousands of dollars worth of digital goods obsolete.
