Why are some of my achievements not being accounted for?

Some of my achievements are not being accounted for (not being added as a achievement). It is really making me mad. Some games I would have spend alot of hours to get it again and I do mean alot of hours. It has happened on a few different games now. Can
you please fix it. I also mean my account too. I want my hard earned achievements that didn't register add. I am really mad about it. I work hard to get some of them and when they don't register it ruins my day and gaming fun/experience. I want it fixed. Because
I am not playing a 100 plus hours again and that would be just one game. So please fix the problem and my account. I may have played a game or two offline, but that shouldn't matter. It should save all the same. At least it should, I mean a person should have
the choice to play offline if they want. Same goes for installing the game. I should be abble to play it right out of the box. Game or console for that matter. A person shouldn't have to have the internet to play a game. It is pretty messed up. Something to
consider. Other than those issues, your new console is great. Anyway if you can fix my account, so the missing achievements are on there. It would be greatly appreciated.

My Mass Effect 3 avatar prop doesn't seem to work.

Yes i did accept the request.But what i don't understand is why my achievements are not appearing after i recover my gt. It's been three days and some of my achievements still will not load up as in seeing the picture for the corresponding achievement.Now
i just don't understand why my gamer-tag is so glitchy first it was the avatar awards not being in order and not working now my achievements does load up wtf!

Transfer of Xbox 360 achievement score to Xbox One

Hi,

I just noticed my achievement score acquired by playing Xbox 360 games is not accounted for in my "overall" achievement total for my Xbox Live account. Can someone have a look at it and try transferring the same to my total achievement score if possible?
Appreciate any help offered. Thanks!

Achievements are linked to the cloud now to prevent Gamerscore modding which is why you need to be online.You can earn a limited amout while not connected to live but they wont register as unlocked until you connect to live again.

Games have to installed because the Blu-ray drive can't run fast enough to read them straight from the disc,it's exactly the same on PlayStation.You don't need to be connected to live to play most games.

Well, You earned an achievement at some point......Why delete it??? You can delete ZERO achievement games from your history but, once you reach a milestone in game, it's saved as being just that.... An achievement. Why lose what you earned?????? GOOD

Right. So I thought after three years of legit gaming, hey, you know what would be fun? Modding my profile and having the hard work and money I put in it for nothing as it's banned!

Re-Read what I said. I reported it every single time something dodgy happened with it. Each time the problem was solved. This thread I created is for the achievements still being unlocked.

It's not just that. Because there are games that have in-game profiles with stats which arise suspicion. As I said. People see on-line achievements with "Unlocked Offline." The first thing they'll think is. "Modded. Best report it."

My achievements are working perfect fine, the only issue I have with them is I hate not being able to look and see all of them. Some achievements are locked and are "secret" so being an achievement hunter it's kinda hard to deal with.

Why are some of my achievements not being accounted for?
