    Why are reports so over sensitive?


    Ok, this is a long one. I got reported for this message, "At least i have a life ****. No, you arent going to report me like the **** you are. You have nonstop HARRASED anyone who doesnt look or think like a retard and anyone else in your way. THIS IS THE MOMENT I PUT MY FOOT DOWN!I WILL NOT TOLERATE THIS IRRATIONAL BEHAVIOUR. You stop at nothing to get your way, and thats why we called you a spoiled bastard. Get a life, go touch grass, learn to play a different game. One that requires you to be a less toxic person.” I find it stupid that I get reported for this. If Microsoft was to dig deeper into the story, the would learn not to judge a book by its cover. I have been harassed by this overprivileged brat for about 2 1/2 weeks. I have ADHD, making me highly sensitive to rude comments, and this kid would say things like, “if you report me I’ll come to your house” or, “if you report then you’re a ****.” If microsoft looks at my party history, most of the parties with this kid in them, have them harassing me and occasionally a friend. Microsoft, please start being less sensitive with reports. I’ve reported him for telling my black friend to go back to Africa, but did he get suspended? No.

    I’ve done all that and of course since the person didn’t say exactly “I’m gonna rape you” xbox doesn’t give a ****, since bots review reports, if a real person looked at reports I’m pretty sure the accused would also get banned, it just doesn’t help that the “ambassadors” give out bot **** responses too, I just wish a real person would respond, but instead I get a bot that copies and pastes the same information that you get in the email another automated bot sends out after you get banned. **** corporations.

    I'm sorry for this and that's why there is a dedicated team that handles enforcement action that way they can review thoroughly and I really do apologize, I would highly recommend reporting them again and if needed you can also block them.

    And no you don't get feedback on your reports as it's between them and pet

    Just like they don't feedback on their reports

    I apologize, but just a friendly reminder that for enforcement action there is a dedicated team that handles them which is the enforcement team. There is no direct contact with them, only by reporting and filing a case review.

    To help you, I would recommend signing in to https://enforcement.xbox.com to get more details along with checking if you're eligible to file a case review.

    Also, I would recommend reporting the players as well in that way the enforcement team can check as well as give them an enforcement action.
