Why are people still allowed to play online while cheating

There are turbo controllers that you can buy to use for rapid fire and such, but if you see someone using one of these in a game such as maybe in Call of Duty MP etc, and it's giving them a huge advantage in some way, you can always report them and let
Enforcement look into it.

Rapid fire controllers aren't necessarily cheating, just like how some games allow for keyboard and mouse in competitive play. The Xbox Elite controller can basically do rapid fire... and that's an official Xbox product! I'd say its less about cheating and
more about skill these days. A person would honestly have to be really bad or lazy to resort to wanting to cheat in today's games with how many other options for improvement and over all comfort in gameplay there are.

Now straight up aim-bot is cheating. But a person on at game should honestly be able to tell the difference between a good player, skill, luck, and cheating.

There is also a story with the ping… if you have a 12 ms compare to one of 225 ms... you kill him before he will be able to see you… Cheating or not cheating ?
