Why are official Microsoft members replying saying the enforcement team aren't on the forums?

Okay so I've been seen that an official Microsoft account having been replying to questions about accounts that the enforcement team does not work on the forums, yet I've been told by 10 Different Microsoft support members that they do work through the forums???
And I've to contact them through the forums due to the case review system not working.

Sorry for any confusion that you've receive from Chat/Phone support. As you have read on the forums, the Enforcement team does not use these for communication in regards to suspensions. For any help with Enforcement questions, you'll want to head over to
Enforcement.xbox.com for assistance. From there you can submit a case review if you are eligible. Thanks for your understanding and patience!

 

The enforcement team used to use the forums, but stopped a little over a year ago when they started the enforcement site (http://enforcement.xbox.com). Unfortunately, phone and chat support do not have correct information on how the forums run and are known
to send people to the forums with incorrect information regarding issues they don't handle directly.

 

Enforcement team hasn't been on forums since they put up the enforcement site

Regardless it was a moderated forum before

This way works better because one you can talk to the agent via msgs on the enforcement site during your appeal

If you had read your suspension msg you would know this

 

Yif you are getting an error during the case review you should change browsers

If using chrome it's best to use Firefox or Internet Explorer or the other ms browser spartan

Also clear browser cache and whatnot

 

YYou should always use Web page troubleshooting if you havd issues with a site
