Why are my Xbox Game Pass Games crashing during their launch?

I have Xbox Game Pass Ultimate on PC and it worked previously. It did an update and I installed Wo Long and Texas Chainsaw Massacre after. Both games are downloaded but when they go to launch, it crashes and has Error code: (0x3). I already did DISM and SFC command prompts from a previous post but I still get the error code. I also uninstalled and reinstalled them and still have the issue. I even considered updating to Windows 11 but unfortunately I dont have a TPM 2.0 installed in my PC so I cant upgrade to 11 on my current build.

AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six-Core Processor 3.40 GHz

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060

Installed RAM 16.0 GB

System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Getting the same issues. Looks like a bad Xbox Games Services update was pushed out that's stopped some games from working.

Any idea when this is getting fixed because I can't play Texas Chainsaw Massacre or Grounded. They did something with the game pass thats making many of the games unplayable.. yet I'm still paying for it.....

So I did all of those steps, and still results in crashing with the same error code.

I have the same problem but I can't contact the support because I live in Estonia and microsoft doesn't care about my country.
