    Why are my purchases gone after I linked my switch with my microsoft account?


    So I linked my switch and went to change my skin only to find the skin I wanted, one called technoChaos was not purchased anymore. I shrugged it off bought some coins and attempted to purchase it, it would say purchased but would not chage the amount of
    coins I had.

    Deciding I had to try one more thing, I attempted to purchase the steampunk texture pack from the store and it would do the same thing.

    It did this on both my switch and my xbox 1 and the technochaos pack and steampunk pack I had already purchased on my xbox one l.

    Hi Lunivol,

    Thanks for the update on the issue. As Zero mentioned we do recommend checking with Nintendo for eh switch. On the Xbox are you sure you are logged in on the account that made the purchases? You can always log into the
    account website and make sure all purchases are there. Only reason I asks is this is the most common reason to why purchases disappear, is it a different account.

    If your in-game purchases have disappeared on your account, It would be best to contact support, we don’t have access to accounts and can’t issue refunds here on the forum.

    It may also be best to contact Minecraft support, try to provide the transaction ID, so they can investigate this.
