why are my posts deleted immeadiatly ?

I got banned from xbox live, and its bugged giving me 30 hours instead of 24 first of all. Then i try to contact support, no answewrs, enforcement no answers, no possible way to talk to anyone related to the service, then i do a thread, that again gets a automated reply, because this company is just completely disrespectful to its long time clients, and this whole event is recorded, i just made another thread, exposing this and saying microsoft is trash, the post was immediatly taken down by a mod. So let me get this straight, u dont reply but u know what to delete so u dont look that bad do ya? And why do i get banned soon as i say a curse word? dont even get a warning or nothing , just straight banned for sayin one word in MY DEFENSE, from something i paid money to use, and kids abuse this system to annoy people into getting banned and xbox covers it up and the only ones hurt by this are legit players that did nothing wrong like myself

You were given the correct response in your initial post (which was not an automated response) and your posts are being locked for violating forum guidelines. Freedom of speech does not allow you to say what you want, when and where you want to say it.

You could not for instance go into a church at midnight mass and start expounding about how there is no God. You would however be free, providing you were not causing a disturbance, to say your piece on public property outside of that church.

It is the same in this case where the forum is the digital 'property' of Microsoft. While inside you must abide by their rules, you are free however to say other things outside of the forum.
