    Why are my points pending?


    I have a little over 15000 points on my rewards account that have been pending since late october. I am curious why they have not gone through and I cannot request a deposit. Please help!

    Why are my points still pending?

    Usually the points are deposited into your account within a week or so. Maybe you are just reading the surveys you have completed on the Points Pending Page. Then again the xbox team has to go over your survey to see if you haven't just gone off filling
    the questions randomly. Might be an issue with that.

    Why are my points still pending?

    I have 280 Microsoft points "pending". Some of which have been pending since January. Why is this happening.

    The only 15,000 Credit amount we see was placed into your account on November 22nd. It was deposited with the recent deposit cycle.
