    Why are my games freezing and crashing


    My Xbox keeps freezing and crashing after 5-10 minutes of gameplay and i am forced to do a factory reset to fix the problem.

    i always have freezing problems and its a digital copy and it happened on my physical copy too which annoyed the hell out of me what the hell is wrong with u turn 10 and playground why does these 2 wonderful games crash alot after a few hours of gameplay
    then it starts to freeze and then after a few freezes it crashes

    Hey bud thanks for keeping us in the loop!

    We suggest (in an effort to narrow this down) to plug in the console directly to the wall, as stated by our About the Xbox One power supply page,
    it is recommended that it be plugged directly to the wall. Give it a shot and let us know of any further developments!

    The console is through the power brick first but is connected a multi socket so 3 plugs in 1 socket and no ive got no external hard drives .
