    I would like to clarify, are you having trouble accessing the Xbox console or you're having an issue with the gift cards that you redeemed?

    Because as I have checked the screenshot it seems related to your console.

    Hi,

    I tried this, as with uninstall/reinstall and neither worked. I contacted the official xbox support chatline and they informed me that it was an issue with the servers that would be fixed today, well that was approx 24hrs ago and thee issue has not gone
    away. I am about to try them again now :(

    did you ever get this fixed? i have that problem with every game that i have downloaded and one disk game that i have bought. The Microsoft support says that it is somehow my fault for not installing the games properly... I am having the problem on the X
    Box one.

    Can you try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down? That should solve the issue.
