    Why are my achievements not unlocking???


    The last 3 games I have played on my Xbox ( assassins creed, Batman Arkham city and knight ) achievements are not tracking correctly or are not unlocking at all. I’ve tried all the support such as restarting and resetting my Xbox even tried customer support but can’t get past the the bot chat to speak to an actual person! Any help??

    Day One Achievement Not Unlocking

    I'm not trying to nag, but I'm just wondering why my Day One Achievement has not unlocked while most of the people posting in this thread have unlocked their achievement. I PM'd my info earlier.

    HI, Currently there is a service alert for achievements not unlocking. This is probably the reason why you couldn't unlock the achievements.

    I am sorry to hear about what happened. This is clearly not the situation I want you to be in. Let's see what we can do about that here.

    May I know if it's more than 72 hours since you completed your achievements? If it's not yet, please wait up to 72 hours because it could take up to that timeframe before your achievements get validated through the Xbox network.

    I also suggest that you check the official thread below about achievements issues and try all the recommended steps. If none is working, please file a bug directly to Team Xbox. The link and guide are on that thread.

    Nevermind that is not why this happens. Its just some random glitch that happens to random people in random games. This just happened to my friend the other day. He fixed it by unlocking another achievement in the game. The problem with my glitch though
    is that it glitched on the very last achievement i unlocked so I can't unlock any more.
