Why are Microsoft threatening xbox players with enforcement team for asking for a refund??

i purchased content yet again on xbox store and Microsoft took my money but i recieved no content i contacted support they told me to contact the developer they told me to contact Microsoft support i did i want a refund Microsoft support then threatened
me with enforcement team saying that a refund would start an investigation on my account for suspicious activaty due to i have had refunds before !

Is this Microsoft's policy now?

i have been loyal to xbox live for 14 years i have never been bullied or threatened before by xbox support tomorrow morning im contacting my soliciter

Where do i report people that are impersonating Microsoft employees, moderators, or staff members and the Enforcement Team?

I was invited to a party with 3 guys that were being asking me all these questions? Where do i reports players for impersonation Microsoft Employees, moderators, or staff members and the Enforcement Team.

The only thing enforcement team can do for you is answer why it was banned

I don't know why you are asking enforcement for an appeal

If its an uac issue you must start one with support if they can do anything about enforcement action it would only be done thru them as only the ua teams will consult with the enforcement team

Pet does not take any appeals only questions about why you were banned

 

It's always been a policy. Until recently Microsoft has had a no refund policy in place and have finally started becoming a little lenient on it. But asking for multiple refunds starts to make them suspicious of marketplace fraud.
