    Why are internet browsers on store rate E for everyone?


    Hi,

    Setting up parental controls on Xbox 1. You can restrict apps based on age. But it appears all of internet browsers are rated E for everyone and therefore cannot be restricted.

    The restriction for internet browsing only applies to internet explorer and not to other apps.

    I think there should be a way to restrict installing other internet browsers either by age or by applying the same search restrictions.

    Are you using Internet Explorer? This error happens A LOT when using browsers other than Internet Explorer.

    Guys , I have some Great Suggestions for Xbox!!!

    Console internet browsers are garbage. I'd rather use IE than have to use a browser on a console again.

    And even if they added IE browser, which I doubt, exactly what sites do you think you would be able to browse considering the "rated E for everyone" approach???...it would be limited and pointless which is why I doubt they will include a full browser. Would
    put my faith in Wikipedia for "new news"

    Any picture that isn't a rated e for everyone is not allowed on any server it's not rocket science

    Not everything has to be e for everyone. In clubs they can be rated anything.

    actually clubs do have to be rated e for everyone

    They don't always get reported

    If you see an offence you report it
    no ngocphi they dont. That's why you have the ability to make them adult only clubs. If they were e for everyone why not make it ec for early childhood? GAUDY

    If you think something is remotely going to offend someone, don't use it. These forums are rated "E" for Everyone, which is why it was removed.
