    Why are battlefield4 server admins/clans allowed to break xbox terms of service?


    This has been going on for years. People who buy a server from EA are allowed to cheat, glitch and boost, and they go unpunished. Whenever I speak up against it, i am told "my credit card says i can do what i want."

    this doesnt make any sense. Regular xbox user also pay for their subscription and games and yet we have to abide by the xbox live terms.

    Just because you rent a server from ea, you are still using the xbox live service so should be subject to the same rules as everyone else. Like i said, this has been foing on for years and i want to ask, what is going on?

    Gawd,Don't you know you're not allowed to kill admins?you're specially not allowed to blow there helo's up.They are the unwritten rules of any private server ;-)

    Rent a server is a double edge sword. Cool to put settings to private for clan matches since BF3 didn't have free private servers for clan matches. Or advertise clan recruiting as server name. But some admins were goons if they were losing. Also rent
    a server was buggy on BF3. Server name and description would vanish after having to many admins for the server. I know I got a few free servers out of it. Or the player count default would switch from 12vs12 to 2v2.

    it is against the terms of use to trade for anything using xbox live messenging service

    you aren';t allowed to trade items on xbox live or accounts or ms points



    and people wonder why gifting isnt allowed whisper its to avoid terms of use violations for trading and scams

    only legal software that is allowed to analysis a xbox is xbox's own servers as stated in the TERMS of USE which you may consider reading

    this is why xplode and other hd modification tools are not allowed

    and it is not a legitimate software it is a 3rd party software not authorized by xbox
