Why are all of my points still pending?

As stated in the FAQ, we only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount is beneath this amount, it has not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you are
at 1000 or more pending Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page.

Rewards points are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 100 points pending. So it depends on when you hit 100.

Usually the points are deposited into your account within a week or so. Maybe you are just reading the surveys you have completed on the Points Pending Page. Then again the xbox team has to go over your survey to see if you haven't just gone off filling
the questions randomly. Might be an issue with that.

The only 15,000 Credit amount we see was placed into your account on November 22nd. It was deposited with the recent deposit cycle.

Hi Fash Fangers. The reason we received from our failed deposit is that your currency is not matching. This means your locale on Xbox is different from your Rewards locale. If you've changed this to have them matching, we will attempt to make another deposit
on April 12th. If you still do not receive a deposit then, we will be making a forced deposit at the end of the program. Thanks for your patience.
