Why another enforcement action when im currently serving one, wasn't even one between them.

just curious if anybody has an answer to why I got another enforcement action after i was already 2 days into a communications ban it's not like I was harassing or abusing anyone, and definitely not during a comms ban. Tried appealing the second one to no
avail, of course the enforcement team was not helpful as usual providing no info on why this happened. Again does anybody have any idea why they did this?

I got another ban even though I'm currently serving one already...

Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team (the only ones who handle suspensions/bans). Investigations take time, so your suspensions could be for actions that happened weeks or months ago.

I never use any bad language and the past 3 bans that I have received are results directly from using harsh language and the only times I have ever used bad language, which I fully agree with. I just feel that a 2 week communication ban and then a 2 week
xbox live ban doesn't warrant what happened in this case.

You can be suspended for actions performed prior to your last ban.

It's possible they did also receive an enforcement action. There's no way to know 100% if/when another person gets one. Even if they didn't get one at the same time you did, they may have gotten one later or will. In situations like that, it's best to
just report them and block communications with them.

If that process has not worked please check the enforcement site for current status of you ban. If you do not see any active bans there's been an issue with the enforcement site not showing additional enforcement actions and the only way to see if you are
still under a ban is to call support by phone and have them check for any bans. They can not tell you why but if you have one and when it will expire

Sorry for the issue with your video being removed. When it comes to enforcement actions there are many factors that come into play with pictures and videos. They are the only ones that can answer your questions. Unfortunately, there is no way of contacting
them except a case review. No one here on the forums can tell you why they removed it. Enforcement doesn't even monitor the forums.
