Why and how when u update ur Xbox one the latest version after 5yrs staying the same...

It seems like your Xbox One to the latest version has removed your profiles and game save. This is a rare issue that may happen if the update process is interrupted or corrupted. Here are some possible solutions that you can try:

You may try to sign in back your account. Then, check if your data is backed up to the cloud by going to Settings > System > Storage > Manage storage > View contents > Saved data. If you see your data there, you can download it to your console by selecting it and choosing Download.

It could be the accounts were signed out from the console before the update too. That is why after update the accounts is no longer showing. However, if this console is connected to the internet your data should be synced to the cloud.

By the way, can we ask what is the OS version of your Xbox One? Please follow the steps below:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide and select System > Settings.
   
2. Select System > Console info.
   
3. Your OS version is located in the second column.

@GOTH you can appear offline and u stay appering offline even when u go back on ur xbox one

U know how u walk with ur gun is stays like that some times when I try to aim

so because u cant play titanfall on xbox one with ur 360 mates ur going to sell ur xbox one. first of why would u even buy a xbox one to play titanfall with them when u could just play it on ur 360? no where as anyone said u can cross play games
